Victory Auto Repair and Sales

I recently took my Toyota Corolla to Victory Auto Repair and Sales in Durham, NC for a four-wheel alignment after my mobile mechanic replaced the front struts. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The shop manager personally introduced himself and took a few minutes to tell me about the business, which immediately put me at ease. It’s rare to feel that personal touch at most repair shops. Once the alignment was complete, the alignment technician walked me through exactly what he found and adjusted (a slight correction on the front driver’s side). He then took me into the shop to show their impressive, new computerized laser alignment system. The setup uses mirrors mounted to the hubs and a laser for extremely precise readings — it’s clear they’ve invested in top-tier equipment. The entire team, both in the front office and in the shop, was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Victory Auto Repair has earned my trust and my business.

After almost a year of continual inconsistencies that was supposed to be guaranteed work by warranty, that cost thousands of dollars this man has a problem with someone questioning him about his work ethic and the dollar amount that they spend. Conversations on the phone asking about the work that was unsatisfactory been done continued with the same problem turned into a rude answer, yelling saying I can get a refund and then ultimately hanging up the phone while he still is in possession of my vehicle and me not knowing if it will be fixed or not, as well as I don’t know if they tampered with anything else to cause another problem. He and his crew of employees carry guns, which lets you know that their work is not guaranteed and they must have had problems in the past. I had never seen this until lately coming back to retrieve my vehicle or questioning the work that was supposedly done! I had to have an officer assist me to retrieve my vehicle, and my vehicle still was not fixed properly. He had the nerve to want to tell them to make sure that the

Referred here by GP Campbell's collision. I was able to drop my car off first thing in the morning and they fit me right in. Staff was friendly and personable. They treated me like family upon our first meeting. The repair was fairly priced, right around what I expected. No hidden costs or trying to upsell me. I believe I have found my local machinic!
